The 2017 Ford GT is a twin-turbo V6 supercar built for both the road and track, featuring advanced aerodynamics (like the now iconic flying buttresses) and carbon fiber construction. It was inspired by the legendary GT40 that defeated Ferrari at Le Mans in the 1960s. Ford revived the GT to celebrate its racing heritage and secure another Le Mans victory, which it achieved in 2016. Limited in production, the 2017 GT remains a modern icon of Ford’s engineering and motorsport legacy.
